Got our solar panels from Renova recently. Enrique was our rep and he really stood out. Super good with communication, always kept us in the loop, and made sure everything was clear. The crew was efficient and tidy and wrapped things up quicker than we expected. Shoutout to Enrique for going the extra mile post-install. Looking forward to seeing the difference in our bill. All things considered, Renova's got it down, and with folks like Enrique, you're in good hands. If you're thinking solar, i highly recommend Renova.

had my solar roof panels installed in August of 2023. My first contact with Renova was with my sales rep Barb who was patient and very informative, honest about the process and made it simple to understand. The day the system was installed, the technicians who came were informed and professional and installed the system within a day and a half. The administrative staff returned my calls and answered any questions that I had during the process. I love my new solar system. Thanks, Renova.

Terrific experience overall, from start to finish! Initial consultation was both insightful and straightforward. Installers showed up right when scheduled, and with minimal cleanup needed, finished the entire installation as projected. Needed to call for some minor calibration issues after install, but again, Renova responded quickly, and had a tech out to adjust the system in short order. All and all, I'd say it was one of my best experiences with contractors !

After installation of solar panels last June, I had some leaks during Hurricane Hillary. Repair costs were going to be $3800. On second review, Renova excepted responsibility and will be making all the repairs for me as part of our original contract. I could not be more pleased and Respectful of Renova Solar. I did a ton of research before deciding on a solar company. Renova was hands down the best choice. The installers did a top-notch job of making the panels and electrical boxes look great. All their employees were caring and knowledgeable. I was worried the electrical boxes and conduit would make my home look like a power plant, but it turned out perfect. The electrician was top notch with the installation. I had a few questions and he was glad to answer all of them when re-doing out breaker box (which was included in the price). I am a perfectionist, and only had one tiny request with the whole job after they were done with everything (and most people would not have noticed it) and they happily came back to make a small modification. Johnny Coladonato, our energy consultant checked in regularly, and stopped by when the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied. Really happy with our decision to move forward with getting solar installed. Thanks Renova.

UPDATE: After posting this review, I was immediately contacted by the director of HR and ended up speaking with the Director of Sales. I have to say that I am very impressed with the fast response and that shows me the sales rep does not represent the company in a way that they deserve. I truly hope that the sales rep gets better training so that every customer can have a great experience that reflects the company’s values. ORIGINAL POST: They definitely need a new sales person. First he never got back to me and showed up late. I took the day off from work and I deserve the same respect for my time. I actually wrote a negative review before but was begged to take it down so me being nice and understanding, I did. Supposedly there was a confusion on my name as to why he didn’t show up??? I was going to go with them regardless but wanted to shop around as you should get at least a few quotes. They also said it was going to take 6 months to complete. I texted him back and again he said he would get back to me and never did. That’s twice now and becoming a pattern. I manage medical sales reps and I can tell you my reps respond and follow through with their clients. This guy needs training or let go period. Outcome: I went with another company and got a better deal and will be complete in 3 months with amazing reps that are very communicative. I’m actually glad the way things turned out. Just be careful with this company and shop around because there are definitely better deals and service out there.
